Like every comfortable dwelling, the entrance of Villa del Mar has a bright and elegant living room with tile floors, large granite arches of Stintino, huge juniper beams on the ceiling, large windows that create a unique atmosphere thanks to the light and the intense colors of the nature. Everything was decorated with refined and sophisticated furnishings and designed so that guests can enjoy their holiday in Stintino - Sardinia -n feeling at home, in the "Own Private Residence."

The ground floor also places the large and well equipped kitchen with island stove area. In the middle of the big kitchen, there is a table where the guests can enjoy elegant lunches and dinners overlooking the huge swimming pool with outdoor dining area and barbecue.

It has recently been renovated with care and with great attention to every detail. The original style of the early '70s and precious furnishings have been preserved, transforming the villa into a luxury, elegant and exclusive residence, satisfying the expectations of the most exigent guests.
